  I recently went in to purchase a watch. There were several other customers shopping, and they were able to handle everyone's requests promptly. Their friendliness and helpfulness are contagious. They are also very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!

  Amazing customer service! Friendly, informative, low/no-pressure sales, works with you to custom-tailor exactly the right piece you want - at awesome prices. And, follow-up service was Awesome for us. My wedding ring (male's) had a tiny diamond stud in it that fell or got knocked out after about a year and a half later. Brought it back, replaced, no questions asked. (*granted, it was just about the tiniest diamond you could ever imagine - much less than even $100 -... But still, it was the service that amazed me). Top-notch small business that do their own custom work too. Great to have them around!
