  This store and its employees are a JOKE!! I was told my furniture would be delivered between 3:00 and 4:00 pm...after calling several times and speaking with our sales person we were told by 7:00?! (So 3-4 hours later). We waited until almost 8:00?!?! The delivery guy called who was completely ignorant and unprofessional, indicating he was at an entirely different address and when we demanded supervisor name/number he told us he couldn't provide that and that HE would call him. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, we called him back. His manager told him we would have to come into the store and change the address...ON THEIR MIX UP?!?! And the best part...the delivery guy wasn't even going to call and let us know. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
